14 month old boy not speaking yet

Yhhh same little stressed too just saying ba but very much understands when speaking to him . Brings books for me to read. I was gonna contact health advisor just to get some advice

My boy isn’t talking yet, I am trying to not worry though as he’s still meeting all his other milestones but I get how you feel x

Please don’t worry. My daughter didn’t really speak until around 17 months. By 18 months she had about 50 words and she’s 2 in a few days and now has over 100 words and some simple sentences. When they say they have a language explosion around 18 - 24 months they mean it.
