Drying up milk supply

I have never tried it but I was advised to stay off my allergy meds as that can reduce supply. You could try that? I typically take Kirkland brand ones- not sure if the advice is specific to that brand or just all antihistamines

Anything with phenylephrine, like Sudafed, lemsip, cold & flu tablets. Just be aware of other active ingredients like paracetamol

Should let your breast do it themselves. The fat distribution won't be as stark as if you dry it all up at once.
