Why did nobody warn me that being heavily pregnant means needing an ENTIRE SEASONAL WARDROBE? 😂
Like excuse me, I bought the floaty summer dresses. I accepted the giant knickers. I made peace with the leggings being pulled up to my armpits.
And now apparently I also need coats, jumpers, winter dresses and something “nice” for Christmas… all in a size I will hopefully NEVER BE AGAIN?! 😭
Nothing says sensible financial planning like spending £40 on a jumper that has approximately a six-week career.
At this point I’m not buying clothes, I’m funding a very niche pop-up wardrobe for a temporary body shape.

Vinted. My last pregnancy and this current pregnancy I'm living all in vinted. Then when I can go back to my old clothes I'll happily sell them all on vinted so someone else can save themselves a fortune depending on the quality of clothing afterwards 😅
Vinted and layers! Leggings with stretchy dresses. Wear cardies you already have. Buy a big scarf and leave your coat undone, though you can buy babywearing coats that do it through pregnancy and beyond, if you’re planning to carry your baby at all

I’ve been in my tracksuit like a little roadman since I cba wearing jeans or leggings. All I’ve been wearing is grey and black joggers and staying inside but I cba 🤣
I actually found colder weather a lot easier than summer but maybe because most of my jumpers/winter clothes are oversize to begin with
I managed to score a set of 4 maternity jeans for £1 on Vinted 😍 and coats I’ve just resigned to the fact I’m not zipping up and layering with scarfs instead
