Separate Birthday Parties
My son is turning 1 next month. And I am not inviting his dad to the party that I’m planning and paying for. I feel he can throw a party/celebrate on his own time. There’s been too much turmoil between us, especially with him ruining milestones and forever tainting memories, so I don’t want my son’s 1st birthday party to be another. Anyone else celebrate birthdays separately?

Same here! 🙋🏻♀️ his fam is lowkey judging me for not wanting to attend their big pre planned party. I’m doing it for my peace of mind. I don’t want to see my ex even on a painting, so I made a choice of doing it separately. I’m more at peace with that and I’ll have more fun and that’s completely okay!!✨💞
I begged my first ex to come to our son’s first birthday in 2020, and after that I was like, “f that” 😂 my other son’s dad and I fight nonstop too. His 4th birthday was this month and we literally fought before our son and daughter even came home to my place from daycare, but I still tried to do it together for the kids because I wanted them to see that Mom and Dad can both show up for them. Now my daughter’s 3rd birthday is next month and I’m just doing it myself. Honestly, I’ve realized I don’t need their dad there to make it special❤️
I don’t blame you! He doesn’t get to be apart of things and not contribute or keep his attitude/energy in check. As for his family sorry but idgaff … yall are more than capable of reaching out and asking if I need help or what gifts the baby needs .. its not your job to cater to anyone’s feeling but your son everyone else is background noise

2 kids tired vs pregnant tired
Currently pregnant with my second and have a 2 year old. Is 2 kids tired different than pregnant tired? I am exhausted all of the time 😫

No scan date yet?
I’m 11+5 and I self refered at 6 weeks. My midwife appointment went well at 9 weeks but I still haven’t heard anything from the hospital 😬 should I get in touch with them? It’s a hospital I’ve not been to before so I don’t know how last minute they can be but it’s making me super anxious that I haven’t heard yet 🫣

Bleeding
I am 11+4 and woke up this morning with quite a bit of pink watery bleeding. I would not call this spotting as had quite a bit. Have some very mild cramping with it.
Currently sitting in the maternity hospital waiting to be seen and need some support

Pain ?
I’m exactly 31 weeks with twins and since last night my tail bone and ribs and random cramps (I can’t find a pattern in them but I am in so much pain in general I am struggling to tell what’s caused by what) have been so painful. I thought I’d be able to sleep it off like I do most things but it’s remained.
Babies are moving around so I know they’re okay but I’m not sure if I need to get checked? I’m already dealing with a kidney blockage that can’t be fixed til I give birth so I’m not sure if it’s that or not

We really stuck between two names for our little girl. We had picked Jessie but now arent too sure. We both love Lillie but think its too close to a family members kid Millie. Which do you think?

Pelvic floor therapist while pregnant
At night I get such bad pelvic pain and my doctor said it’s normal because baby is getting heavy and bigger. I’m 28 weeks 2 days. Did do anyone pelvic floor therapy for that reason? I just hope my medical covers it.
