Are y’all ready?

Have y’all started getting baby stuff ready yet?? 🙈🙈I’m 31 weeks and need to get my butt in gear. Is it too early to start washing clothes?

Also is anyone else getting rocked my constant nausea again? I feel like I’m back in the first trimester

Personally I’m not washing clothes and bottles until like 36w because I’m paranoid about them getting “dirty” again by sitting there.
But furniture and stuff yes I’m working on getting it set up!
No nausea but acid reflux has been really bad since about 27w

I washed clothes I think at around 20 weeks lol. But this is also my third so I really needed to look at what we had and didn’t have to see what I needed. And we are doing the nursery and painting and stuff so I wanted to organize and have stuff clean instead of organizing then having to take everything out. But other than that for baby I’m ready. If baby came home right now we’re ready. I still need to get me some postpartum stuff or labor stuff and then we have big babies so I’m not buying any like newborn diapers or any more clothes until I know how big baby is when they get here. So we’ll put in some sort of order or pick up form the store after baby is born

I haven’t even touched a single baby item or even this nursery yet this time around and I’m 31 weeks 😂 But it’s my second and we have so many other projects going on right now that need to happen before the nursery can even be thought about haha. This time around has been so drastically different from my first pregnancy where I was so on top of everything and so organized 🤣

Intense overwhelm & Anxiety

I'm a FTM and booked in for a c Section on Weds. Yesterday I started to feel like I was getting a virus. I was anxious enough as it is about the operation and all circumstances surrounding (including imposter syndrome about becoming mum at long long last - I'm 41 with a health condition) but my nervous system is just in full on panic mode and I don't know how to regulate it! I've done all the deep breathing, etc. Anyone else struggling with similar nervous system freak outs? Becoming a mum is something I've wanted for years.

Low placenta success stories?

I know it’s early I’m only 17 weeks but I had my gender scan recently and was told I’ve got a low lying placenta right now. I had a c section with my first and I’m absolutely shitting myself that it’s going to stay there and turn into placental accreta or something. I cannot stop panicking and it’s genuinely ruining pregnancy for me, which I don’t like at the best of time haha.

I know it can move but I don’t have my 20 week scan until the end of the month and I’ve already got horrendous health anxiety as it is and I’m just so scared I’m going to need really close monitoring and not be able to do loads of stuff for fear of causing a bleed, I’m worried I’m going to need a transfusion and just thinking the absolute worst about everything.

First trimester

Hi all, just looking for some reassurance as I’m driving myself crazy. I’m currently 5w 4days and barely having any symptoms and all I keep seeing on Tiktok is other people really struggling with the first trimester. Am I just being naive and will it ramp up in the coming weeks? Anyone else not really having many symptoms at around 5 weeks?
I can’t remember what I was like with my first around this time, I feel so much more anxious this time round 🤦🏼‍♀️

Belly heaviness / breathlessness (18weeks)

Hey ladies, looking for some advice.

I was already plus size (actively losing weight) before pregnancy so I’m already belly heavy however since I’ve reached 18 weeks my belly feels so heavy and I’m already starting to show

Finding it hard when I’m walking for a certain length of time now (nothing crazy) - my belly feels so heavy and it’s getting me out of breath. Is there anything I can do to help ease this?

I’ve ordered a pregnancy support band in hopes this will help but me and my partner are going to USA end of this month when I’ll be 21 weeks and it’ll entail quite a bit of walking (again nothing crazy but walking around the parks with plenty of sitting breaks etc)
