Have his favourite teether in sight and in reach for him when your feeding, if he bites, unlatch say your version of don't but me in a firm slightly sad tone and offer the teether. It was the only thing that worked for me and it was about the 6th suggestion! After 2/3 times she would take the teether, unlatch to bite it then relatch to drink

second mollys comment, i would say no we don’t bite firmly, offer something else she could bite, but just to add if she did it again i would say something like if you’re going to carry on biting then we can’t have boobie right now, and wait at least 1 minute if she was upset but more like 5 minutes to offer again, my daughters 28 months now and still breastfeeding and i can’t remember the last time she bit if you stay consistent it really works! i know it seems silly as he’s only 7 months old but he will make the connection that if he bites he no longer has boob and it will resolve fairly quickly!!

Help!!!!

Someone please help me with some advice because I’m losing my absolute mind 😭
Baby is 5 months old, she has changed a lot in personality over the last month, more needy, sleep changes etc but have put it down to the 4 month regression and teething.
However, the problem that makes me want to literally cry is the car seat! She is totally inconsolable now every time she’s in the car. Why? And what can I do to help it?!

PP things I hate

Everything is stress induced anymore
My daughter has this ongoing diarrhea for 2 weeks now and I’ve gotten no sleep from it, I now have a canker sore from it, my acid reflux has more flare ups than ever. I don’t like having sex anymore (I love my partner and I still find him very attractive). Im way too overly touched (by the baby, by the dog and by him). Im 10m pp and I haven’t been able to wear a dang tampon! I don’t do pads because they are just not for me so I wear a diaper.
Please tell me if you relate to any of this at all? Or if I’m just crazy

Sleep regression solidarity

Anyone else’s little one been hit by sleep regression like a ton of bricks? šŸ™ƒ.

Baby girl was sleeping so well then this past week has been struggling, last night was WILD. We are currently running on caffeine and vibes šŸ˜…āœŒļø.

We can do this mamas.

Anyone else feel like as soon as their baby turned 8m old they are acting like a completely different baby? She's become noticeably more difficult as far as behavior.

Please tell me what your experience is with your 8m old.

Mum guilt

My baby has a really awful latch and breastfeeding can be quite uncomfortable. I’ve had help from the infant feeding team and it’s improved but still not great. He doesn’t have a tongue tie.

I think he swallows down a lot of air, he always has trapped wind and an uncomfortable tummy, he fusses and grunts all night long, never burps after feeds. He’s always congested and has hiccups all the time.

I have a fast letdown so I think that also contributes. I’m really really considering switching to formula but the guilt that comes alongside that is killing me.

My eldest was breastfed for 8 months so I feel so shameful considering quitting at just 4 weeks with second baby. I also feel a huge responsibility to keep breastfeeding through winter for the immune system and health benefits.

I’m just really not enjoying breastfeeding this time and it’s making me miserable.

Any tips?
