My baby girl is six months. I’ve tried many different purées from homemade to store-bought, but she does not seem interested every time I bring the spoon to her mouth. She locks her lips or either turns her head away. It’s been about two weeks. Any advice thank you.

I think at first it’s just about getting them comfortable with solids. Letting her hold a spoon in each hand and try to feed herself. Let her explore it it might not seem as forced

My son didn't care for purees at all. But solids? He loves. At this age, it's about exploration. Chekc out the app Solid Starts (no need to pay for it, the free version has all you need). It shows how to prepare solids in a developmentally appropriate way. Next baby I plan on skipping purees entirely and just jumping headfirst into baby led weaning.
Hi all,
My child is in reception now. The school curriculum does it still teach/cover gender identity? Is this only in primary school or also secondary?
And if they do what can we do about it as parents. I wouldn’t like my child to participate in such things???

Hi Mamas!
Just wondering how often your little ones are eating solids during the day? (e.g breakfast + lunch + dinner).
TIA! 🍴

Do any of your May babies have teeth yet? I’m pretty sure my guy is teething but I’m also second guessing myself 😅 He’s fussier in general but super fussy at nap time and bedtime. All he wants to do is chew on my fingers and his shirts. I’ve offered him cool temp teething toys and a cool washcloth to chew on but they just upset him. I can feel 2 little nubs under his gums but his gums aren’t red or swollen.
What did teething look like for your little one? How many days did it take?

A few weeks ago my husband admitted he cheated on my 5 years ago. I have been trying to process it all. And initially I decided to stay but now I am not so sure. We have 3 kids together and I am 7 months postpartum. I am so sad. I speculated at the time and he has been lying about it. Now I feel like a fool.
I started seeing a therapist. I see her 2 times a week. I also started working out to clear my head. But I feel myself becoming more angry every day.
I have stopped having sex with him. And because of it he has stopped being affectionate toward me. He says he needs sex to operate and I shouldn’t punish him by withholding it.
I am disgusted. We have been arguing nonstop and I just am not in the mood. He keeps asking what I need from him and he will do it for a little while then he stops saying it’s not him. And it’s insulting because I think of how i have bent over backwards over the years for him and his needs. Has anyone dealt with any of this ?

Any recommendations would be great, going down to Cornwall for a couple of days and would like the option of staying at Grandparents etc

My daughter is 11 weeks old almost 12 weeks. She's shoving her hand in her mouth. Sometimes half, sometimes the whole hand. It causes her to gag. What do I do? Could she be teething yet?
