I used young king on my sons hair for a while. Also shea moisture kids but I know there’s a lot of back and forth about it their products are harmful or not.

Weaning tips and advice

Hello!! My girl is almost a year old and I’m planning on trying to wean her soon! I need all the tips and tricks because she is very dependent on nursing to sleep and for comfort. I feel terribly taking that away but for my mental sake I want to be done bf soon! I know day time feeds are easier to take away first I’m just nervous she won’t get enough solids to replace nursing.

How to potty train an non verbal child with autism as well ?

My husband and I have six kids and our child who is non verbal is a twin but a bit delayed (because of his diagnoses ) and he’s too tall for anymore pull ups let alone diapers but refuses to sit on the toilet or anything … we desperately need any help that has gone through the similar situation PLEASE!

Ruffling more feathers

Beyond the parents & the doctor its no one else business if your son got a circumcision because thats his body & his business.

The baby doesnt have to finish the whole bottle & the toddler doesn't have to finish the whole plate.

You owe everyone NOTHING in term of 'bonding' with your child including bottlefeeding of you breastfeed exclusively.

You are enough, you are a new version of yourself, you gotta learn this version and get help in areas where you need, dont be peer pressured to 'get your pink back' we are not flamingos 😮‍💨

Carriers/Slings?

Can anyone recommend either a carrier or sling for a newborn?

My little bean is 2 weeks old and I think I’d like to try something to carry him around with me whilst I’m pottering about.

Ideally, I want one that is nice and simple to pop on and off - as a dyspraxic girlie, I need something I can figure out easily 😂

Just curious

Hi everyone!

I found myself in a VERY unique situation 2 months ago. I found out I was pregnant with my baby boy, literally the night before I officially gave birth to him. I had all of 16 hours to mentally and emotionally prepare myself to bring another life into the world. Mind you. He is my first (and hopefully only) child. There are no words to describe the mental change that took place while finding out about my cryptic pregnancy, especially after being my entire life, that I would NEVER be capable of having children. Is there anyone else out there, who has gone through this?
