Rash ?

Hi need some advice I’ve got an 8 month old she poo and wees alot so I’m always changing her and she keeps getting rashes can’t be from nappies becuse I’ve used pampers since she was a baby and a rash only started to appear about 6 months but is on and off she also uses rascals nappies which are amazing aswell I put sudocream or the nappy cream but just keeps appearing 😭I can’t stop her from weeing and pooping so much so what can I do ?!

Could she be teething? That can make them sore too. Maybe use water and cotton wool for abit and try weleda nappy cream it worked better than sudocrem for my kids x
