Weaning!!

FTM here after some advice….. has everyone started weaning at the suggested 6 months or has anyone started early? My little man is 18 weeks and always hungry! Older relatives are telling me to start weaning but I’m not sure 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

I started at 16 weeks x she started with just a few spoons and now at 18 weeks she has a pouch or porridge in the morning and another pouch in the afternoon; still drinks all her bottles and loves it x my friends baby started at 16 weeks as well he’s 6 months now and loves it

I'd do your own research into it rather than take peoples advice personally, they recommend not until 6 months now for various reasons but I know some people have had different advice from medical professionals I personally waited until 6 months with my 1st when he met all the milestones required for Weaning.
