Advice?

When I fell pregnant which unfortunately ended in a miscarriage I think I conceived because last year I drank a glass of pomegranate juice everyday after my peak test until my period & I had two Brazil nuts too everyday, I was also swimming too only once or twice but it was exercise so think that helped too, also I had a sperm donation three days before my peak test & the day of my peak test, I’m currently trying to conceive too I had a chemical in December last year but then had a break in Jan, then tried again in Feb & March and had another break from April till June because moved house & been trying since July with no luck

It definitely does lovely & good idea anything is worth trying, I didn’t meditate last year but my cousin who’s a tarot reader recommended I meditate so I have been doing that, I forgot to say I did use conceive plus lube applicator too on the two donations last year, but to be honest if you have enough Cm you don’t need to use it so I’m thinking of trying not using it this cycle. No, I had a miscarriage, then lost my son at 21wks then had an ectopic and lost me left fallopian tube in the 3 years. So this would be my 4th pregnancy. I tried the conceive plus this cycle, but the one without the applicator. Im at that point now where im like yes anything is worth giving a go 😂 nothing is too weird anymore haha there still time this year for us🤞 let's hope x

41yrs in Jan but really healthy, I did conceive within 3months last year which was the same with my son 9yrs ago & yes there is time let’s hope for us both x

I think its when it happens so quick the first time, that when it takes ages again you start second thinking yourself going what am I doing differently and spiralling. If you ever get the good news, come back to this post if you can, id love to know ❤️ x
