I think it takes up to 6 weeks for your supply to settle. Have you tried laying back when feeding so gravity helps?

My baby is also 2 weeks old and I noticed the same thing. What it’s helping is feeding her in a koala position, or laying back and her also laying on you flat the gravity helps with the overflow

I’ve had a fast letdown and oversupply with both babies.

Let the initial letdown off into a muslin (or whatever works for you) then latch baby.

Use biological feeding positions. Side lying, the kola hold or laid back are all great for helping baby to manage the flow better. As they get older they learn to manage better x

I had a ridiculous oversupply & a crazy fast letdown with my first baby. She used to choke and splutter so much & always had green poos! I used to take her off during a letdown and catch it in a muslin as she couldn’t cope with it. As she got older she coped with it better.

Don’t be tempted to use a haaka to take off excess- this will make an oversupply a lot worse! I think it caused my oversupply as I seem to have a much more regulated supply this time x
