Need to rant
So, myself and my husband have suffered ALOT of losses. Anyway, were now just 10 weeks away from finally meeting our baby girl, im so so excited and cant wait to have her in my arms....
Ive been getting the baby items together over the last few weeks, and my husband just keeps saying its too early to get things in. I disagree, especially at the price of everything (he wanted to get everything a week before her due date 😅😬) anyway, ive just gone to set up her next to me, and hes told me to take it down. Said that it doesn't need to be set up in the way as its still another 10 weeks yet. Now, I agree to a point. But I just feel like maybe hes not understanding my feelings? Im so excited, obviously still have alot of nerves and a little scared incase anything goes wrong (praying this isnt the case) its just felt like anything baby related he's just wanted to shut down, while im very much we need to get this out the way and ready etc etc. Now maybe im dismissing his fears? Maybe hes feeling the same thing as me, but in a slightly different way. I just feel like after much heartbreak, maybe he should consider that I'm just so ready

Aww I’m so sorry you’re going through this! I think some men process it all very differently. You’re both right to feel how you do. If there anyway to set a deadline? Like Black Friday (even though it’s further away) for some discounts? Or maybe you can compromise on getting the major things now like sleeping space and prams etc and get the rest in a few weeks? I’m in a similar boat though! Definitely would prefer things to be done sooner!
