Early scans

Heyy! I had exactly this and of course spiralled, my first scan was at 5 weeks due to pain on my side they could only see the sac and wrote on my scan notes uncertain viability of course because it’s too early, invited me back 1 week later and they could see everything they needed to, baby may be too small but is very common, sending love ❤️

Heyyy , I have a reassurance scan on Wednesday and I am 5weeks today exactly 🙈
I’ve had 3 sets of blood drawn to make sure hcg is rising and it is but still is very nerve wracking I’m with you there !
The nurse did Tell me at around this time there won’t be much to see so to not panic xx

Yes! I went for a private confirmation scan at what I thought was 6 weeks however it turned out I was just 5 weeks and the midwife couldn’t confirm 100% whether there was a yolk sac, I went back after 2 days for a rescan the growth was amazing and confirmed the pregnancy. I would try not to worry, did you manage to see any glimpse of anything? On my first scan you could just about see the yolk forming but it very very faint and after 2 days it was fully visible. I’ll attach some photos of my scans. Keeping my fingers crossed for you , you should be able to see something by next week if you are indeed how far you think you are. I was off by a week, must have had delayed ovulation xx

I'm feeling exactly the same ! I had my early scan this Tuesday because of spotting and pain could see only see a yolk sac etc and another empty sac ! Still getting lot of discomfort in my sides and lower pelvis ! But I have to wait to go back on the 3rd November :/ xx

Yeah very :/ and it's my 3rd baby but so anxious ! Ohh have you !! Yeah private ones are so dear aren't they ! Yeah I'm hoping next week flies by lol xx
