Advice needed regarding Christmas

I have two step daughters that aren’t in their mother’s care and live permanently with their gran (long story). Our arrangement every year has been for me and my partner to go to them on Christmas morning (gran doesn’t let us have them on Christmas Eve as she want it for herself🤷‍♀️). However we have a 2 year old together and I don’t find it very fair on him to pull him away from his presents on Christmas morning, the last two years haven’t really mattered as he’s been to young but hes getting older I don’t want that set up for him. I’ve told my partner he’s more than welcome to go to the girls but then that means my son doesn’t get his dad on Christmas either. Don’t really know what to do
