I heard the quote "cold baby cries a hot baby dies", every day I'm worried about this. We have a grow egg, she's in the recommended wear for temperature but her hands, feet and cheeks are cold. Any suggestions on what I can do?

Extremities are always going to be colder, check chest and back. What temp is the room and what’s she wearing?

That's exactly what you expect overnight. When you sleep the blood goes to the core to keep organs going leaving cold extremities. You don't need to change anything.

Hands feet face are usually are cooler than core body like chest and back, if you feel there are baby is warm they’re fine :)

Don’t measure hands and feet as a guide to temperature.
It is the trunk and chest of baby and the back of the neck which are used to check temp.
