Threatened miscarriage

So I arrived at the hospital (12 weeks pregnant) with very little bleeding (not spotting but not super heavy) it was also brown blood sorry if tmi, I was diagnosed with threatened miscarriage cause baby boy still had a heartbeat and discharged, while I was waiting for my ride back home still at the hospital, I had much heavier bleeding, so much my legs turned red, I felt multiple gushes of dark red blood. They said to follow up with Obgyn. I did my own research and found out what a subchorionic hematoma is. Has anyone had this happen and the baby turned out okay? I’m hoping for the best but preparing for the worst as I never had a miscarriage and don’t know what to expect. Any advice is welcomed. Thanks in advance

I went to the hospital for heavy bleeding around 12 weeks thinking the worse, but they diagnosed me with a synchronic hemorrhage and put me on pelvic rest for a month and insisted I didn’t lift or do squats or pickup my toddler during that time.. i just gave both to a very healthy baby girl a month ago.. just take it easy rest up and try not to do too much so your body can heal the hemorrhage , I hope your doing ok💕 I know how scary that moment is
