balance of ph - thrush etc
i dont want judgement and would like genuine advice.
for years on end ive suffered with either bv or thrush. even when I am clear on swabs, I still can get the symptoms, no idea how.
what pre/probiotic have you taken that has drastically made a difference.
and do you take them everyday?

You need to request long ter treatment for this. Sometimes the one of tablet/persary does not clear it completely but rather like calms the symptoms a bit and when it comes back.
I had this for ages until finally one doctor listened to me and said this can happen and gave me treatment for thrush for like 2/3 months in tablet form and then it got cleared pretty much for good!
Gargle with a high quality olive oil everyday for 20 minutes you can do it 3x a day if you want and then spit out in the garbage can. This will help you build up good bacteria in your mouth again and has cleared my thrush in only a couple days! My advice would be to avoid Antibiotics as they can make it worse antibiotics actually can cause thrush because they kill off the good bacteria too.

Marriage dissolving?!
So for the first time after ages went on my husbands phone whilst he was sleeping to find out he messaged a girl “hey baby” and she sent a pic and he said “sexy” and he messaged her “hey baby” again! This is when I was one month pregnant!!! I’ve been the best wife to my husband to find this. After looking at his phone again I find him talking to a prostitue, where she asks what is he looking for and he said sex and ask how much she charges! Whilst me and him was engaged. He claims it was for his friend who wanted clients as part of a business but I don’t believe him. I have a 3 month old and I just don’t know what to do because we were such a power couple and loved each other so much but I just find all this out and it’s torn my heart and shattered me. Advice please!!!

Tips for WFH or surviving on one income?
Pre babies I was a yoga teacher so for me to go back to that daycare wouldn’t be open during my shifts and I’d barely make enough to cover daycare fees anyway. I’m still on unpaid uni placement 2.5 days per week so other job options are limited, my mum uses her only days off work to babysit my placement days so she’s not an option. My partner works really long hours + is often interstate so can’t rely on him to watch the kids either
We’ve sold one car, moved to a smaller house and even given away our dog 😭but once we pay rent, bills and groceries we have absolutely nothing left. I had a WFH job for a bit but with 2 under 2 it’s impossible to take phone calls etc so had to give it up
How on earth are people surviving on one income? Or has anyone found a way to make good money from home with really little ones?
