I was told under 140 is passing!

That doesn’t mean you have gestational diabetes. The doctor will send you to do the 3 hour test. If you fail that one, then yes. I had the same result as you on my one hour test, and did the 3-hour test and I passed. I hope it’s the same for you

U would’ve passed at my doctors office! I got a 134 and it has to be less than 140 at my OBGYN but u don’t have it yet! Praying u pass your 3 hour test!!

Ugh mine was over my office’s 134 cut off too and then I failed 2/4 of the 3 hour blood draws. It is not fun!

I passed the 3 hour.. it sucked.

I’m currently 5 weeks pregnant (5 weeks and 2 days, to be exact!) and got my positive pregnancy test last week. 🥰

I’m already a mum of two beautiful girls, and we’re excited to welcome another little one into our family!

I’m also plus-size, so one of my goals this pregnancy is to stay active, maintain a healthy pregnancy and avoid unnecessary weight gain. I’m hoping to make healthier choices, keep moving and look after myself and my little one throughout this journey. ❤️

yellow sharps bin

Hi everyone 😊

I collected a yellow sharps bin from the pharmacy today for my diabetes lancets, but unfortunately, I accidentally closed it before even using it. Now I cannot open it again.

Has anyone experienced this before? Is there any way to reopen it.

I would really appreciate any advice. Thank you! ❤️

Anyone else more nervous for the birth the second time around?

I wasn’t really worried the first time around (4.5 years ago), this time I’m feeling a bit nervous already. I think because I know more this time

Ugh

36 weeks and my body feels like shit. I also have an appointment tomorrow to see if he’s still breech. I honestly can’t tell just by feeling my stomach. Haven’t finished his nursery because I have no energy. Anyone else kind of in the same boat?

Has anyone had preeclampsia with a previous pregnancy?

I had preeclampsia in my first pregnancy and delivered at 33+6 and my girlie spent the first 11 days of life in NICU. I’m nearly 26 weeks now and BP has been fine up to now, been on aspirin since 12 weeks and have growth scans at 32,36 and 40 weeks with consultant appointments after these. Not yet decided on VBAC or C section yet but interested to hear others experiences
