Help please

Hi mums, I could really use some help and a bit of direction.
I’m a mum of two little ones living in Northampton, and I need to leave. Not just move house, I want to move away from Northampton completely. Anywhere in the UK, I’m open to it (and honestly, outside the UK would be amazing too).
I’m not in a healthy relationship, I’m exhausted, and I’ve been waiting for things to change but they haven’t. I rang the council and they just told me to fill in a form. I’m so tired I can’t get my head around it right now.
Has anyone done this? Did you move to another area where there was proper support for mums, and how did you start? Even a small nudge on where to begin, which area, who to contact, or what helped you, would mean the world.
