Does anyone have any tips for dealing with the not-sleeping part of third trimester?? Since 27 weeks I haven’t been able to sleep properly, even with a pregnancy pillow I can get 4 hours at best and an hour at worst! The few nights I have gotten to sleep I’ve woken up at least twice with bad dreams or pelvic pain.. does anyone have any great tips for this?? 🥴🥴

Ugh I’m almost 28 weeks and I’ve had the same thing. I’ve never had sleeping problems before and now I get so restless. One thing that’s helped a little bit is opening all the windows even when it’s cold. It helps me sleep. I also have an oil diffuser I put lavender oil in. Not eating too close to when I go to sleep seems to help as well.

At this point, I feel like a zombie every day because of a lack of sleep. Just rest when you can throughout the day or when you get home from work. For me, as soon as I get up to pee at night, I’m up for hours. I’m 37 weeks and soooooo uncomfortable and drained. I think it’s prepping me for motherhood lol

Unisom has helped me!

I felt better when I was more in an upright position. Not completely sitting up but I had 2-3 pillows under my neck and shoulders and on occasion I would also sleep in a recliner. It’s probably not the best thing to do but it let me get some sleep.

I take a dose of unisom every night before bed, it’s safe to take. I wake up a little tired in the mornings but it’s better than tired from not having slept. I’m only 20 weeks and the nights I don’t take it I’ll fall asleep right away but wake up at one and lay there until almost 3-4. So this has helped greatly.

I'm 34 weeks and have issues sleeping.. A hot chocolate or hot milk before bed sometimes helps.. And because I have pelvic gerdal pain I use a wheat bag n get my partner to rub my back... Hope this helps 😊
