My go to green juice at the moment is kale and pineapple juice. Easy easy and my family loves it

Oats, blueberries, protein powder, peanut butter and cashew milk ๐๐ป

Lettuce, Kale, spinach, pineapple, mango and peaches

My fav is; frozen blueberries, dark cherries, mango, banana, vanilla complete, power greens, and almond milk.
Oooooo! And, frozen bananas, peanut butter, almonds, almond milk, vanilla complete, coco powder and a splash of espresso. Itโs HEAVENLY!

The only two smoothies Iโve made:
Green Smoothie-
Frozen banana
Spinach
Kale
Rainbow Chard
Almond Milk
Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie-
Frozen banana
Peanut butter
Cinnamon
Almond Milk .... This drink isnโt the healthiest but itโs absolutely delicious!

My go to base is a frozen banana, non fat plain Greek yogurt and two big handfuls of spinach, with a splash of water. I add different berries like strawberries or blueberries to make it less boring. Iโve tried other veggies in my smoothies but wasnโt a fan. In this one you canโt even taste the spinach.

Frozen (very ripe) banana, frozen strawberries (or any frozen berry or mango), frozen kale, 2 scoops collagen peptides (for protein and skin health), 1/2 cup almond or hemp milk, 1/2 cup water, a fig or a date, vanilla extract to taste.

Frozen peaches, strawberries, mangoes, kale, honey and water!๐คค

My favorite protein powder
One scoop of vanilla
One scoop of chocolate
Add some greens powder (which gives me all the fruits and vegetables I need in a day)
Add a scoop of fiber
Add peppermint extract
Add milk (I use almond milk)
It tastes like a mint chocolate shake!

Love adding chia seeds to smoothies! Raspberry banana, pumpkin w almond milk banana and dates, or kale celery lemon pineapple! โค๏ธ

Here's my favorite that I created (relatively tasty, pretty healthy):
1 whole carrot
1 c baby spinach (slightly loose, not packed down)
.5 c fresh strawberry
.25 c frozen blackberry
.25 c frozen raspberry
.25 c frozen blueberry
.25 c granola (I get bear naked brand, berry flavored)
1 TBLS flaxseed
1 TBLS chia seed
1 TBLS coconut flour
1 c kefir (I use homegrown, so if you use store bought, you'd probably only want .75 c and then .25 c of a juice or almond milk so that it isn't too thick)
And sometimes I add a couple shakes of ground ginger and sometimes a tbls of honey.

(Water base)
Spinach or kale
Pineapple
5-6 Dates
Orange
Apple or pear
Ginger(I love ginger in this smoothie/juice)
Hemp seeds or handful of almonds
Cucumber
Parsley
+ Sometimes I put a bit of matcha powder

Blueberries, avocado, dates, collagen and brewers yeast.

1 banana, frozen mixed berries, almond butter, water, flax seed

I use meal replacement smoothies for over 5 years I love them. Safe in pregnancy and breastfeeding
