Weigh in Wednesday!

Well, I haven't been holding myself accountable to this group and I am aiming to better about it. My weight has fluctuated significantly over the past 3 weeks, however I somehow weighed in at the same as I did on my first post here.

I have been trying to cut out sugar and been mire aware of what I eat at a fast food restaurant if my husband takes us there. I workout for a little less than an hour every morning and every other day an additional hour at lunch. I have also been watching my portion sizes and trying to eat more veggies and protein.

No matter what I do, I havent been able to get below the 180s. Any suggestions? :/

Oh yes my heartrate gets up to the 180s on days that I do Tapout XT. I workout every morning for an hour - 3 days a week is running 2-3 miles, the other two days are strength and legs. During lunch I do Tapout XT. The weekends I generally rest.

I am exclusively pumping and my supply has dropped by about a third. I'm terrified because I want to continue until my daughter is at least a year old.

What program is it?? I'm interested!

Sex Pregnant vs postpartum

The BEST sex of my life happened the month before my baby was born. With other partners I was rarely interested in sex & with my partner now I love them dearly but sex is just…hard. But while pregnant sex was so easy. I could easily receive without getting u. My head.

Although I have a very high sex drive & deep desire for sex. He is the best sex I ever had but I am worried postpartum I won’t be able to have the sex drive I had pregnant. (backwards yes i know haha)

I genuinely want to get my rocks off like before & please this man but I am so so so nervous. He’s been overseas & comes home in 4 months. Please help 😭

My husband and I did the deed for the first time since I had our second baby and I can just tell I am just not as tight down there and it immediately humbled me🥲🥲

Are there any recommendations on a good YouTube video/channel that has pelvic floor exercises I can start doing??

Lonely

I feel lonely sometimes but I am not alone. Im married and have friends, but most days postpartum I just want to be held and sob into someone's arms about how everything is changing so rapidly and don't feel I have that...may have to fer a blow up doll lol! Anyone relate? (Not to the blow up doll but the lonely in a crowded room so to speak). Also, I feel most full when I am with mt daughters. They are so fun! And when I go on playdates my 4 year old has a blast.
