How do I know if I’m ovulating, can you have regular periods but still not be ovulating? I’ve been tracking cervical mucus but every other ovulation strip I’ve done has shown no peak is this cause I’ve been testing in the morning instead

Of the afternoon also don’t understand how to track my bbt, I’m assuming that I’m ovulating going on cervical mucus changes but how do I know for sure. I’m trying to eat all the right foods that help with ovulation and fertility but I don’t know if I could do with taking some supplements or if they are needed or not.

You can have regular periods & not ovulate. But because you’ve got cervical mucus changes that suggest hormonal changes during your cycle which means you must be ovulating? Have you tried testing your ovulation using the test strips? Xx

Also if you are planning pregnancy my nurse recommend to start taking vitamins now whilst trying to conceive and throughout pregnancy to help baby! So I would personally recommend looking into supplements as they’re really good too take! Xx

I already have vitamin D encorperated into mine so I would recommend taking vitamin D or trying to add more into your diet containing it, or try taking a multi-vitamin like me! So much easier to take 1 with everything you need, rather than several! I hope this helps :)

Yes it is possible to bleed and not ovulate. Cervical mucus changes doesn't mean you ovulate either. If you think you arent ovulating might be worth going to docs to be tested for pcos. When you have pcos you are unable to successfully track ovulation (not always the case) because if the elevated hormone levels and you often wont ovulate with pcos.

Alternatively in the mean time maybe you could try temping using an app instead of using the strips, maybe you will get on better with that? Hope that's helpful :)
