I find it really hard finding times to get healthy breakfast in what are some things you fix in the morning. I’m always running late so I been eating a lot of fast food but I’m trying to eat a balanced breakfast

Oatmeal and fruit

Granola and low fat milk with some fruit, boiled eggs are pretty good and you can make them the night before as well (high protein, low carbs), chia seed pudding (you can find different recipes on the internet, it requires you to soak chia seeds in coconut/almond/oat milk and you can add cocoa, nuts or fruit etc., overnight oats are a similar idea. The chia seed puddings is my favourite.

A yogurt container, flavor of your choice, half a banana, 1 kiwi, and a tablespoon of chia seeds. Stick in blender or bullet and go! That was/has been my staple because 1. It’s super fast and easy/portable 2. Has lots of nutrients and vitamins 3. I couldn’t poop worth a damn through this pregnancy and it seemed to help 😆
