Anti-racist education

I am a foreigner person who moved to the US 5 years ago. I have suffered from some level of racism in my life, but reading some of the comments in this group, I realize that what the POC suffer in the US may be a lot worse than what I've ever seen. So 2 questions: 1) what movie, ideally, can I watch to better understand what the POC suffer? I say movie because I work full time, I am a mom and a wife too, so not much free time. 2) I have a 1 yo baby, what can I do to help her be a better person, an anti racist person? Thanks

I’d start with a movie on slavery like “12 Years a Slave,” then watch 13th (Netflix), Selma, and “When They See Us”. AppleTV has “Just Mercy”

Thank you everyone! Very much appreciated
