I’m dumb and bought a 32 pack without checking the expiration date. They expire 10/4! What recipes use a lot of eggs? Lol

Cakes, fried rice, make loooots of pastries and use them for an egg wash 🤷🏻♀️😂

Most eggs are good for two weeks after their expiration date if that helps any!
You could do breakfast for dinner, breakfast casserole, or egg muffins!

Don't go by the date on eggs, they are generally good for ages after their bbd!
Do the float test, fill a jug with water, and put the eggs in, if they float toss them, if they sink they're safe!

Eggy bread!! 😁

Flan, custard, bread pudding, etc are good ways to get rid of eggs if you like sweets. Also quiches...you can do tons of variation, anything from spicy to sweet

Fried rice, egg in a bread, use an egg wash for friend fish or chicken or in a meatloaf, potatoes salad...we go through a lot of eggs in our house. I normally come home with 3 dozen farm fresh eggs every time I go back home and it’s normally gone in 2 or 3 weeks.
