3.5 months. He was really constipated and our pediatrician recommended prunes to get everything moving. He absolutely loved it and up until 4.5 months, he was getting one "meal" a day. Now he gets between 2 and 3 "meals" a day depending on our schedule.

My daughter was 5.5 months.
We skipped purées but started letting her self-feed soft foods around 5.5-6m. The recommendations are 6m but we found it hard to wait that long because she wanted what we had. Doc said 5.5 was fine. Also gave her gerber puffs and baby Mum mums at this time.
5.5 months x
Started introducing them at about 5-6 months, but I always made my own so I could add seasonings and things. I make a variety of foods and want him to taste all the flavors :) he’s 10 months now and eats everything
