Tilted forward toward your belly, or back towards your spine?

And thats absolutely possible, I just know mine is tilted towards my spine. Nothing was really different about my pregnancy other than I showed less, and didn't feel him as much. Between my tilted uterus and my placenta being in the front, I didn't feel him often and it was sometimes difficult to find his heartbeat.

Not much difference usually. It maybe a little harder to get a good ultrasound picture. But you should have a normal pregnancy.

Mine was tilted at the start but rotated as baby got bigger.

I found out I had a tilted uterus shortly before I found out I was pregnant, I’ve mentioned it to the midwives I’ve seen, mentioned it at scans (they never had a problem getting good images compared to when I had a ultrasound before
pregnancy for investigative reasons) and to the consultants, none of them were concerned and from what I’ve researched, it seems normal for your uterus to rotate in to a normal position during pregnancy and issues with having a tilted uterus are quite rare. I’m 40+4 weeks and so far no problems :)

I had a titled uterus and I was told that as your belly grows your uterus stretches and moves when the baby gets bigger. The only thing I noticed was that I had a really small belly and my baby was 7lb 13oz. I really wouldn’t worry about it x

My friend has a tilted uterus and had to get shots throughout her whole pregnancy so I would ask your doctor about it. It's very easy for her to get pregnant but harder to keep the baby in. Her uterus has remained tilted because hers is a condition that sadly she didn't find out about until a loss.
