I’m 31 weeks today and the past three days I’ve had the worst pressure in my ears that makes me feel like I’m on an airplane. Has anyone else experienced this and taken OTC remedies? Not sure it’s worth bothering my doctor over since I live 90 minutes away lol. TIA!

Hello mamas, I am suffering from very strong heartburns especially before bed which makes it even harder to sleep- sometimes its the feeling of heartburn and feeling that I need to throw up..
