14 month old started potty training as part of daily routine (not official training yet). Potty when you wake up, potty before leaving the house, potty after nap etc. She woke up from her nap, I sat her on the potty and she peed! Huge celebration was had.

This is the forth time we have tried potty training my daughter. Before she would hold her wee all day until she was beside herself crying and pacing that she would wee herself so we paused it. 6 months later and we have tried again. She wears knickers all day and can tell me when she needs a wee and poo but refuses to go on the potty or toilet, she asks for her nappy. I don’t know what to do! I’ve tried everything. Health visitor said just to take the nappies away and tell her that’s it they’re gone now, but if she does that she will go back to holding it again.
I'm freaking out.My toddler kept saying her mouth hurt today. Every time I checked it seemed fine.I booked a dentist appointment for tomorrow.I just looked inside her lower lip and there are like 20 spots in there. Dint appear to be blisters or ulcers almost like small boils under the skin. She doesn't have a fever and seems fine. No other symptoms.I'm taking her to the hospitam now. But wonder if anyone has experienced similar or think they know what this could be.

Shes been crying today saying her mouth hurts. I think she is referring to her teeth. When I look everything seems fine, like there's no redness or ulcers, or food jammed etc.I'm going to arrange dentist appointment. But wondered if anyone has experienced similar at this age

NOTHING else has changed. Same toothpaste, same brush, same routines, same food. Teeth look so yellow. It’s either another wonderful side effect of postpartum/breastfeeding or the matcha, thought I’d ask to figure it out

I’m not sure where to post this.I work at a daycare and I am currently with the infants and one of my kids that I care for has some really bad smelling diapers. I don’t have a problem changing poopy diapers until this lo. I gag and have to stop myself from throwing up. What should I do? I’ve only had to change him once and every other time someone else has done it but I’m the lead teacher this week and I’m not sure what to do.

She told my partner she’s bought him underwear for his bday in September because I probably haven’t bothered if he’s still in nappies !!! We don’t discuss our son’s toileting habits as it’s private and personal. You wouldn’t announce as an adult when you last went to the toilet so I don’t agree with sharing my sons business with mil for her to share with the entire family (she’s a loud mouth and will go telling her daughters everything about my son) but I don’t get the obsession. My partner calls her once a week and all she ever wants to know is if he’s potty trained yet. She’s not seen my son in a year, ask what his interests are, what skills he’s learnt. I find it weird!

Help! My little girl has just started potty training but she has no interest whatsoever! She doesn’t seem to mind that she wets the floor with nothing in at the start, she still doesn’t bother that she’s wet her pants now that we’ve tried her in pants. We’ve tried lessening the ‘pressure’ and not mention ‘do you need a wee’ all the time etc but NOTHING is working. Any help or anyone in the same boat? Thanks
So yesterday when I got home, my oldest stepdaughter (9) was on FaceTime with her bio mom in the kitchen. I was going to start making dinner, and while I was doing that my stepdaughter started telling me about a poop accident that happened with my bio daughter whom i share with her dad. I had asked her to explain what she was doing in the moment that let up to her poop accident, and they were basically signs of wanting to poop. I ended up telling her that if she just happens to see her doing that, just direct her to the toilet so she doesn’t have an accident. during that time her mom was quiet, but she ended up texting her saying that it’s not her job to potty train and all this other stuff but I don’t think what I said was wrong because I just simply told her to direct her to the toilet. I never said she had to clean her up or do anything like that. I would also like to clarify that we have never made her or her sister change the diaper or do anything crazy in the past or present with our daughter. if we asked them to help with their baby sister, it’s just little things.
