After surgery underwear

Does anyone have any suggestions or recommendations for the best type of underwear to get to wear during c section recovery?

C-Section date

I have had my obstetrician appointment at 36+5 days to request my elective c section.

The consultant requested the surgery for the 1st October making me 38+5 days on the day of surgery. But she did caution that it may be between the 1st-8th depending on theatre availability. How many people got honoured the date they requested, and how many requested a specific date and was given a different date?

I’m currently 33 weeks pregnant and I keep having pains in my back/side and it’s exactly like a cramp and it feels as if that part of my back seizes up and tightens and I can’t get rid of the pain, has anyone else had this and if so do you know how to get rid of it 😫 it’s been like this for over a week now, I can’t do anything without it getting triggered, I feel like it may be from the position baby girl is in but I feel so helpless I’m in pain literally everyday 🥲
