What dish soap are you using for washing your bottles? Was using NUK dish soap but went through that in no time. Fairy is making it smell so soapy, and I can’t find anything that’s unscented!

Hi, my baby is 12 weeks now and is drinking 4oz every 2.5-3hrs, he’ll sometimes drink a 5oz. I feel like he’s not gaining as fast as he was in his earlier weeks (due to reflux) and I’m struggling to push him to take 5oz consistently. How often does your baby feed (age, oz and frequency). Xx

Please tell me I am not the only one in the cluster feeding trenches?! My little boy who was 8 wks on Saturday is wanting to be on my boob 24/7. He’ll eat for 5 mins, fall asleep, then wake up after 15 mins and start shrieking for more food. This is happening in the day and I never thought I’d say it but I just want to run the hoover round. I’ve started giving him a bottle every now and then to give myself a break, but then he’s just asleep on me afterwards. I’m getting concerned he’s not getting enough milk from me, but he’s only taking 30ml of the bottle anyway so it’s not like he’s gulping it down.

When have or do people plan to stop sterilising bottles?

Anyone else’s baby having 150ml+ at 3 weeks old??
Seems so much! His last few feeds he’s demolished 150ml and seems to want more on his last feed
He’s having about 850ml a day!

My little one is almost 6 months old, which is when I decided I’d stop breastfeeding due to work commitments etc.
I want to start introducing formula. What’s the best way (he’s had formula before but just now and again when out with my parents). I was thinking of giving a 60ml bottle just once a day to start. Thoughts?
Thank you in advance 🙂

How many bottles are your babies taking a day. Mines on 6oz and 5 bottles so 30 oz a day. The health visitor says 6 bottles minimum but as she has reflux I started spacing her bottles out more so every 4 hours and 6 bottles would mean every 4 hours all day and she sleeps through the night so I would have to keep waking myself and her up. She’s gaining weight fine and everything. Just wondering if anyone else is on 5 bottles a day.

I dont mind giving him cows milk but recently hes just drinking a lot more. Like downing it. We feed him too.
I try to reduce milk when I can and substitute it with food instead but when my husband looks after him and my son asks for milk, he just gives it to him.
Idk is this normal?

My 4 months old boy eating seems to have reduced, is this normal? He is always distracted and how often do they eat at this stage? Still trying to get him to take formula as I have been exclusively breastfeeding him.. please any help to navigate this.. should I still allow him to feed on demand or start him on a schedule..

I feel bad for saying this but I’m finding this stage/ age SO difficult. My LO has had a lot going on, loads of new teeth, started nursery a month ago, learnt to walk, illness etc but my goodness. We can’t do anything without them kicking off, wanting to be picked up all the time or just general moaning. Really struggling over here!
I love him to death but it is hard!
