When are you going up teat sizes? We use mam bottles and my 12 week old baby is still on the side 0 teat. The only thing I have noticed is sucking sounds when she is feeding but she does seem to take the milk fine. Are there any other signs I should be looking out for? Is she too old for size 0?

I know milk is the main source for our LO's still but those who have started weaning, how many feeds/amount of milk are yours having still? I keep seeing stuff about dropping feeds but our boy is still having 5 bottles of day.
