Hi everyone! I’m new here 😊

I’m 25 and live in Warren, Ohio. My man and I have been together for 6 years (we’ve known each other for 7), and he’s been trucking for about 5 years now — he did OTR for 3 years( I was his passenger and also his passenger while I was pregnant)and has been local for almost 2.

We have a 1 1/2 year old son who keeps me very busy, so I’m a full-time stay-at-home mom. Most of my days are spent taking care of our son, our dog, and our home. In my free time, I love reading and just enjoying the little moments with my family.

I’m excited to be part of this group and connect with other trucker wives — it’s definitely a unique lifestyle 💕

Why doesnt anyone talk about this side of motherhood!! My 2.5 yr old all of sudden takes her poop diaper off and would smear it on the walls ( im just in shockeddd like wtf) this is literally the 3rd time shes done it within the 4 months and the crazy is part is that my husband was like you know what babe she hasn’t taken her dirty off in a while and played with the poop and then BOOM 😂

Am I in the wrong for asking my husband to find a new job? He’s gone for weeks at a time trucking and I’m battling extreme postpartum while taking care of our 3 month old son without help. He’s been gone for 4 weeks already and last time he was gone for 7 before he came home. I asked him to start looking for something that’s local and will get him coming home more. I’m starting to resent him because I’m not getting help and his lift went unaffected by everything. He went back to work 3 weeks after I gave birth and it has been extremely difficult. Even getting out of bed is hard. I don’t want to stand in his way of success so I feel guilty but at the same time I need him more than ever right now.

Thought I'd introduce myslef. I'm a mom of four ages 7, 6, 5 and 2, and a trucker's wife. Been married 10 years and he's been trucking 6. I've had 3 homebirths alone with my midwife because he was gone. I also have four business and a side hustle.
