One and Done UK 🇬🇧

My son is 16 months old and I’m now genuinely considering telling my partner that I am one and done. I don’t think I can go through all this again. What was the final “that’s it no more” for you guys?

Any “one and done” mums from Leeds? I’m currently 34 weeks pregnant with first and would love to chat. I have made up my mind that I want one, and so does my husband. It’s just weird guilt that I have been having because my husband’s family is huge! and what if in later years they figure out that we just want one. Leaves a strange feeling

I am 21 weeks pregnant and am sick of people asking me when I’ll have another child. My unborn son isn’t even here yet and quite frankly I don’t think I’ll want more than one. I want to be able to provide everything for my little boy and think 2 kids would stretch my husband and me too thinly. It’s just this assumption everywhere that we would have at least two babies. I genuinely think one baby is what will be right for me but that’s up to me if I do change my mind. Blows my mind how everyone thinks your pregnancy and life choices are up for debate or conversation. I want to be able to still have a life with my son in it where I still get time for myself and I’m not just seen as “mum” I’m so excited to be a mum but think all these feelings can coexist without making me a bad person.

I have a one year old son and I’d love to meet other OAD mums with a child of a similar age 💕
