First after 40

Anyone breastfeeding and going through perimenopause? The struggle is real! I just started hormone replacement therapy this past week, my doctor said it's okay since im over 6 months postpartum and I'm hoping it will help, but curious if anyone else has found any tools - supplements, exercises, tips, etc. that have helped and also just looking for camaraderie.

How many of you have had a hard time finding moms like you or relating to moms who are younger than you?

It’s so nice not to have to hunt each and every one of you down in this app, I’ve really wanted to meet other moms in my unique situation and it’s been rough going, so I’m glad y’all are here!

I’m 44 & my little is 3 1/2, and my body still doesn’t feel quite ready. My husband thinks he’s too old, but my son might be winning him over (keeps asking where his baby is 😂).

There was a comment made about making a group and no one had so I decided to do it! Feel free to discuss anything, but especially difficulties specific to becoming first time Moms in your 40s!

Like…lack of knowledge, conception issues, having no energy, missing that bubble of close friends going through the same thing as you…or anything else!

And don’t forget to celebrate the good moments and milestones too…for most of us, it was a long road to get here!
