Weigh in Wednesday!

Well, I haven't been holding myself accountable to this group and I am aiming to better about it. My weight has fluctuated significantly over the past 3 weeks, however I somehow weighed in at the same as I did on my first post here.

I have been trying to cut out sugar and been mire aware of what I eat at a fast food restaurant if my husband takes us there. I workout for a little less than an hour every morning and every other day an additional hour at lunch. I have also been watching my portion sizes and trying to eat more veggies and protein.

No matter what I do, I havent been able to get below the 180s. Any suggestions? :/

Sex

baby weight 😔

8 months post partum and have been trying to watch what I eat and work out. Done diets and intense work outs, but some how its lose 1 lb gain 2 and it's been this way for months. I'm getting so discouraged as all the tricks I used before pregnancy just are not working. I feel so self conscious that i dont even want to be intimate with my husband without a shirt or even when hes touching me I feel the need to always suck in (which doesnt help much as I have extra skin). Any and all advise as my self confidence is making my ppd even worse.

Mission remove mum tum!

Hey mummies! I need to lose this tummy. I was a lovely 65kg before I was pregnant and worked hard to get there. Before giving birth I was 84kg 😯 After everything settled when my wee one was born I weighed in at 72kg but after Christmas I weighed 76.5kg. Ate so much junk. Managed to shift 2kgs since new year. I breast feed and I am not sure how much I can cut back on. Most just stopped the junk and increased fruit and veg.
