Anyone feel like there actually insides are hurting I keep getting pains that feel like my insides hurt and still hurts going to the toilet am 23 days after having a c section

Anyone have experience with their milk coming in late and have any tips? It’s been 9 days and I’m producing some milk but not nearly enough. Need to express feed and formula feed to supplement. How do I encourage milk to come through properly ?

I am a first time mother having an elective c section. I’ve been told that it’s a shame I am doing an elective as thank God my baby is healthy. I need to know is a C section better than a birth? If you have had both please share your experience below !

I’m 5 weeks post c section and the situation down below is becoming too much😂 When did you go back to shaving? Im thinking of just doing some maintenance rather than fully shaving as im not up for the irritation that comes with it growing back!
