Positive Discipline ❤️🧠

Is this really a thing? I know someone I’m not going to say who and I really don’t try to judge other parents parenting… but when I was potty training my daughter this parent told me if she has accidents I should put her in a cold shower to teach her that if she has an accident this is what happens… I just said “oh okay” and left it that because it shocked me… do parents really do this? I mean accidents happen… why punish them for accidents?

My daughter is 6 years old and she throws a fit when she don’t get her way…I don’t know what else to do …please help me

My 4 year started K4 this week. It's her first time being in a school setting and she's had behavioral issues everyday expect one. I'm not sure what to do. She won't listen to her teacher and wants to do what she wants to do. She says she likes getting in trouble and being bad because it's fun and she wants to stay home. I took all her toys away and tried to talk to her to explain why she has to go to school and it can be fun if she listens but it's like everything i say goes in one ear and out the other. I know she's only 4 and I'm hoping once she gets used to being there that her behavior will get better but I'm not sure if there's something else i could do to help make it easier for her. Has anyone else had this problem and what did you do?

I'm so nervous and scared about this whole process. It was so bad during labor with my first child. I feel so powerless and fearstruck.

I have a 4 and 6 year old and if they don’t get their way they throw a fit and I try not to spank them but nothing I do seems to work! Can anyone help me ?
