18 Month One Nap

My son just recently turned 18 months old, I’m pretty sure he is now ready to go down to one nap so I’ve been slowly extending his first wake window. I’m confused on a few things; do I let him sleep as long as he wants for his first nap and adjust second nap accordingly? Or do I cap it and wake him up (which is what I’ve been doing but I don’t want him thinking he needs short naps - goal is one long nap). Secondly, do I also extend his second wake window as well?

Current schedule (increasing first wake window by another 15 mins starting tomorrow): Wake - 7:45 am Nap - 10:45-12 pm Nap - 3:00-4:00 pm (usually doesn’t take it and tosses n turns in bed before getting up and crying for me) Bedtime - 8:00

3 month naps

Should I be waking my baby up for naps? My little girl is now 3 months old. I’ve seen everywhere that they should have 3-5 hours of day sleep and around 10 hours at night. However my baby (when contact napping in a wrap) would easily sleep 2 hours at a time. Her nights are okay although the last couple of nights she’s gone down and then woken up 30 minutes later and then will feed again and then sleep 6 hours, then feed and then maybe sleep another 1/2 hours. We go to bed around 9/10 and she wakes usually around 7/8. Should I be doing anything different?

Baby sleep

Split nights and night time waking

Hey! My little boy has just turned 7 months and now has started waking at midnight/1 until 3am and just cried and is frustrated the whole time. He will sleep like an angel up until these times and after 3am sleeps through till 6:15. This has recently changed from him sleeping well through the night but waking up at 3am.

He has 2.5 hour wake windows and about 2-3 hours of sleep from naps.

Any advice would be helpful.

Baby rolls at 2 weeks

Baby rolls onto his side at night. All the way, not just his head. Scares the crap out of me.

I bought this in hopes that itll keep him from rolling.

Thoughts? Advice? We have tried rolling towels and putting them on either side. He somehow rolls right into and around them.

Would this insert be okay for a preemie? He is tiny.

Any advise on finding one to fit the ingenuity bassinet?

Any help getting 20 month old to sleep later?

My son lately has been wanting to get up anywhere from 5:15-5:45 regularly which is very early esp on weekends. I think the latest he’s slept in is 6:15. Now we do have to get him up around 6 during the week to go to work/take him to daycare. He naps about 1-2 hours and we put him down for sleep around 8-8:15pm.

Any recommendations would be great!
