My son lately has been wanting to get up anywhere from 5:15-5:45 regularly which is very early esp on weekends. I think the latest he’s slept in is 6:15. Now we do have to get him up around 6 during the week to go to work/take him to daycare. He naps about 1-2 hours and we put him down for sleep around 8-8:15pm.
Any recommendations would be great!

Giving my 14 month old milk at 5am gets me another 1.5 or 2 hours, until 7ish usually. Maybe he’s hungry?
