15DPO, still not come on, still negative tests…feel so deflated. Follow up on the 17th, after having ovarian drilling and tubes cleaned in jan, next step….clomid, anyone used this?

I’ve been using clear blue ovulation tests and according to them I have ovulated but no luck on falling pregnant! Do/have any of you found them effective with PCOS? According to the flow app I was ovulating but the test was negative so I carried on using it for a few days and it changed to high then peak. Thank you🥰
