UTI symptoms?

Hi, recently I've been waking up with an orange hint of red pee in the morning, it later goes away. I have no other symptoms down there, wondering if I should get it checked out.

Birth control

Weight loss and periods

So last year my OBGYN and PCP both recommended I start taking a GLP-1 to lose weight. I declined and said I wanted to do it naturally. It’s been a long journey but yesterday I started my first natural period in months

Trying for a baby

If a mumma could help a girl out, I'd be so greatful🥹

Hey Ladies, so recently I was admitted to hospital with suspected twisted fallopian tubes(luckily it wasn't that) but my CT scan showed loads of cysts on my left ovaries, I've always suspected that I have PCOS i have a lot of symptoms eg- very heavy/irregular periods(sometimes I can go months without a period and others I bleed for anywhere up to 45 days once), Abnormal hair growth(I grow hair literally everywhere and have to shave daily), I have always been "obese" no matter what I do(I exercise regularly, eat within my calorie deficit) up until I started MJ anyway. I've always suffered with acne on my face and bum and have extremely oily skin and me and my fiancé(together 13years) have always had unprotected sex and my oldest is 8 and youngest is 4 with no pregnancies in-between ect ect...

Prior to this i have tried to get the doctors to take my concerns seriously and they have always brushed me off, never even done blood tests, now ive had a CT and its confirmed the cysts along with my symptoms I was wondering if they'd have to help me and take me seriously so I can get some help? How do i go about getting them to listen? Also im worried they won't help now im at a healthy BMI even though that's only due to the mounjaro... please help any advice would be appreciated 🥹
