I am not excited yet...(sorry for long post)
So today is my LB 1st birthday! We tried for years to get him and finally had him with the help of HcG and Clomid. We couldn't use the NHS for our 2nd pregnancy attempt, so asked my GP for metformin. I also dont bleed, so also asked him for provera to help trigger a withdrawal bleed.
I started the 10mg Provera for 5 days and metformin starting on the 21st of August. Last night I started to feel really sick so went to the bathroom, and I did a routine pregnancy test... which turns out was far from routine, as it was positive!!
I dont know if I am in shock, or distracted as it is my sons birthday. Not sure if because i still haven't had a withdrawal bleed, I am thinking it is probably old blood and not viable. I dont know what to think!
I went and bought a Clearblue test kit to see how far along I am and it says 2-3 weeks!
I have absolutely no idea if it was the fact I did not expect to get pregnant this quick as it took years with a lot more than just metformin last time... I dont know how to process any of this right now. I want to be excited, but also, it feels to unreal right now.

You must ovulate before you can get a period, but if you get pregnant obviously that period still won’t come. The provera and metformin was obviously enough to trigger ovulation and here you are! Congratulations! No reason to think there will be a problem. Lots of women don’t have a period until a year after birth if they’ve been breastfeeding and lots of women get pregnant before their first period because they’ve forget or don’t know that ovulation comes before a period

Toddler and a new born
I'm on maternity leave.
Just had a new baby.
My daughter is 2.8 years old and I'm considering taking her out of nursery, but wonder if I can manage.
But surely I can, so many people look at 2 kids at one time.
Please share your experience looking after a new born and toddler.
Nursery fees are sooo much, so I'm thinking for financial reasons too take her out. But is it worth it?

Digital tests
I’m 4+4 today, and still getting 1-2 weeks from conception on clear blue. Really was hoping I’d get a 2-3 by now, I’ve had 3 early losses in the last two years, currently on progesterone, aspirin & clexane. Feeling so anxious. When did everyone else get 2-3 on a digital? X

Line eyes?
I’ve taken multiple easy at homes since yesterday afternoon and all seem to have a faint line. I would say maybe a bad batch however I took an easy at home in the Wednesday when I was 7dpo and it was stark negative so feeling very confused.

Petition to use emergency text alerts for missing children
We already have the system in place, a petition has been started to see if we can use the emergency text alerts for missing children. Imagine if you could immediately have millions of eyes out and ready looking for your child if god forbid they go missing.
