Anyone else’s toddler having back to back ear infections? Any home remedies or preventative measures that can be taken to try to help get them so often?

Any one else kids refuse to eat like my son will cry like he said of anything you put in front of him it could be something he had before and he still refuse it I don't know what to do

I just need to vent for a min because I’m 👏🏻 LOSING 👏🏻 MY 👏🏻 ISHHHHH 👏🏻 I am currently 23 weeks pregnant with a boy, have my 18 month old girl, 5 yr old girl, and 6 yr boy! Right now my 18 month old is SOOOOOO emotional! I’m losing it! Literally every time I tell her no it’s complete tantrum meltdowns😭 during the day diaper changes are a breeze BUT WHEN DADDY COMES HOME?!? Complete and utter meltdowns anytime I take her to do anything and my husband is literally less than a foot away! I cannot deal with it anymore 😭 I text my mom and husband probably 50x a day that I’m about to drop her off at the fire station (kidding I promise) but I really cannot handle it anymore 😭 I have no friends here in Vegas because I’m literally a hermit that can’t even bring myself to try to go out anywhere to even meet people like in those mom groups. But I need a couple friends in Vegas that can literally be there for me while I am for them 😭 I just can’t do this all alone anymore 😭 I’m losing it ladies LOSING ITTTTT
