Special Needs 🇬🇧

Hello all this mind sound like a really silly question but does anyone else’s child suffer with constant infections or chest infections even from a simple common cold she can get pneumonia she has been admitted to hospital 35 times since January and I’m just scared to send her she’s also ng tube fed and in a wheelchair for support she can crawl but only for a little bit as she isn’t as stable as a child who is typical for her age she’s only 17 months and I would like to send her when she’s 2 maybe 3 but I have no idea where to even start Ofc we will have an ehcp in place just in case but I’m just scared has anyone else had any issues like this. Or something similar could I get your opinion on please

So we had to nip into town for socks etc that I had forgotten he needed. We was doing good first bump into an old friend from another school then bumped into an old school teacher then a current teacher (this is important for emotions not yet processed) then had to nip to get bread on the way home. I could see he was starting to struggle busy shop. We get to the car and he burst into tears 😢 gave me a hug and was asking why children scream ( I hadn't noticed this in the shop as could tell it was too busy and he was wanting to leave before id finished getting what we needed) so first I stood next to him at the car gave hugs till it rained 10 to 15 mins in car before he said im calm. He wanted a 20min car ride was unable to do as lunch time. Wish ppl saw this side more as hard is it is. We've come so far.

So yesterday we went shopping to pick some bits up my 9 year old still uses reins a simple fly can send hom into a panic and hed run. And we've just brought some chewys ( pulls at lips in crowds this older women said under her breath as she walked past says hes a bit old for that. Due to my autism and adhd is didn't process this straight away by the time I realised said women was out of the shop (rather quickly) but im annoyed at myself for not sticking up for my child what would you guys have done. ? (My other half was distracted and didn't hear anything as he was getting crisps for our 9 year old).

Anyone else feel like this? So my audhd 9 year old keeps playing the McDonald's whistle on her tablet ( he used to hate the adverts but listening to this is helping him ) which is good as he won't run out the room screaming now. But now im trying not to get triggered by it as its on repeat. What's something your kids do that drives you crazy but keeps them calm ?

Hopefully someone might be able to help me my 9 year old has arfid but the dietician has asked us to start the 32 steps to eating as soon as we can. Has anyone else done this with a highly stubborn child 🙄 looking for ppl who have been through similar to help my lad gain weight.
