I really need some help. I’ve only recently learnt about this and realised it’s exactly who I am. I’ve super sensitive to other people’s emotions and it’s exhausting but more than that it’s actually causing issues in my relationship. I’m so tuned into my husband I pick up on the slightest thing that’s bothering him and it becomes a big problem. I wish I could turn it off! Does anyone have any practical tips on how to protect your own energy and feelings? Or just how to deal with this generally? As I said I’m still learning about myself, I always knew I was sensitive but had no idea about being an empath. I’m also pregnant so my hormones are a bit crazy too 😭😭

Same as kateley said pregnancy heightens empathy id personally learn reiki too it really helped in both my preancies and I had soooo much drama around me but reiki helped loads I'm a master but you only need level 1 to work on yourself :) if you need any help or advice feel free to message me x
