I’m new here and newly diagnosed with PCOS not sure where to go what to ask for or what’s on the path forward. I want another baby so not sure how to achieve this! It took me 8 years to get my daughter but that was before I knew about the pcos. Any help appreciated 🥰🥰🥰

I do! I have to use medications like Clomid and Letrozole. In the TWW right now and hoping this will be our month!

Same here, and I’m on 5mg letrozole....I’ve ovulate on it every month so far. X

I’m following the diet by kym campbell from beatpcos.com- highly recommend!

I have PCOS. It took me 3 years to seek help because I just don’t ovulate on my own. A bunch of tests and two rounds of Letrozole later, I’m pregnant with twins!
All I can say is that restrictive diets don’t work. I did every one and they made me even more miserable. Check out pcos.positivity on Instagram for gentle nutrition advice :)

I do. We just got a positive after our 4th Letrozole cycle. :)

I got put on metformin x

I have a little miracle through the wonder of modern science, luck and love. I've had a pcos diagnosis since aged 14, tried everything to conceive naturally for 8 plus years , clomid, Metformin, letz, I had ohss with all and was referred by my gyne to an IVF clinic, a further 2 years and 2 cycles later and we got a positive test, my little one is 18 months now. tried again at Xmas 2020 but it failed and just saving the money to try again in the autumn. Sending love and luck to all TTC xx

There a girl on TikTok that talks about a vitamin regimen for women who have PCOS. I been taking it for about 2 weeks and I started my period. Have not had a normal period in a while.

Hi, I got diagnosed with PCOS when I was 19yr. At the time it didn't really matter, I wasn't trying to get pregnant and I never really felt my cyst burts. I'm currently on weight watchers which is helping me lose weight. My husband and I started 2 months ago TTC. Talked my gyn and since I have not had a cycle in almost three months, I'm on a medicine to try and start my periods. Hoping this works, PCOS sucks.

Just started a change in eating habits to help my PCOS! No more snacking for me to give my insulin time to go down before I eat again! PCOS is linked with insulin resistance so if you can get your insulin under control you can better control your PCOS

My advice is don't ignore pain. Or let doctors fob you off. I left mine too late and had a cyst rupture and damage my tubes. I now suffer alot with pain and my only option is IVF. With PCOS you may find losing weight harder and your hair feels fine. PCOS sucks but you know your body and if something feels odd go to the doctors. Hope it doesnt cause you too much grief.

I have PCOS and currently 3 dpo 🤞 I take letrozole and it’s worked wonders on me, the side effects are less then with clomid and have shown better results….. I had cyst that popped when I 18 and the doctors didn’t really care, they said it could be PCOS but don’t worry ….that was it and now I’m 27 and I’ve finally got check and they told me what it is and how it may effect me having children 😳 but it’s not impossible so here wish and praying right now 🙏🏻 xx
