So I’ve suffered with bad sickness in my pregnancy. This is my second baby I never had sickness with my first. I was just about to go to bed and was sick loads! I notice blood in my sick and when I’d finished I kept spitting blood and now my throat is sore and dry. Has anyone ever had this? Should I be concerned? I’m 10+6

If you throwing up alot it might be slight damage to stomach or food pipe but if it gets bad or you worried speak to midwife or doctor x

Could just be from being sick, especially if it’s bad sickness that you’re suffering with. I’d try not to worry, but just call your early pregnancy unit or get it seen to as soon as possible to put your mind at rest xxx

I had HG and was sick blood and stomach bile small amounts a time but lots.
If you can't keep any food down and not even a mouthful of water call your midwife and let them know how you are feeling.
You might need to go on a drip like I did x

Sounds like it could be trauma from the excessive vomiting which could cause blood in your vomit. However, definitely check in with your doctor about it and have it examined, especially if you have bad sickness and aren’t able to tolerate fluids/food. They’ll be able to treat the cause of your blood in vomiting, and also give you meds/fluids for the excessive vomiting! Hopefully you and baby feel better!

Get it checked but it could just be damage from vomiting. It happened to me quite a few times as a HG sufferer I kept damaging my throat from constant vomiting and heaving/coughing.

I’m 34+2 and i sometimes projectile vomit and end up throwing up blood. It’s usually your throat being irritated but if you’re worried I’d get it checked out.

It happened to me, it's so rubbish, they said it might have been a little tear in my throat. Really hope it improves for you soonxx

I had this a few times, after being sick a few times you can damage the inside of your esophagus which is why it bleeds xx
