Why is my babies poop grey?
I had been giving her breast milk for the passed 3 months and now she’s 4 months old my milk died up but I still try to give her some breast milk time to time now she’s on infamil neuropro gentle ease formula I’ve been incorporating it with breast milk since she was 2 months but it was within the passed month where I had stopped giving her breast milk
Where her poop turned really dark it would be super DARK GREEN or GREY color my daughter already has colic but when those poops came out she would cry historically like I could see her in really bad pain it hurt my heart.. can anyone tell me what this could be? When I looked it up it said liver problems that really scared me!! Plz help!

Definitely call the doctor. Black/grey poop is only normal in the first week or so with a newborn.

Like white poop, baby stools that are gray in color can mean your baby isn’t digesting food as they should. Call your pediatrician if your baby has poop that’s gray or a chalky consistency.
that looks normal to me… my son gets like that cause of the stuff he eats. sometimes when he eats too much Banana or some other foods.. I think it’s normal… you can call your doctor if you want but I honestly find that normal

Please bring her to the doctors - it could be nothing serious but it could be something wrong with her liver/gallbladder which would need diagnosed and treated asap X
My baby drank that same formula and her poop looked exactly like that I asked the doctor and she said it was normal formula fed babies poop looks different compared to breast milk fed babies
I ended up switching to a different formula for WIC Gerber good start and her poop still looks like that I also breastfed my baby at first still ask your doctor better to be sure 👍🏽
My daughter is on the same formula (exclusively formula fed) and her poop was always some shade of green - sometimes really dark. Pediatrician reassured me that Gentlease is fortified with extra iron which can cause green stool. I would be concerned if it was gray but sometimes it’s hard to tell green from gray in a diaper. If you want to know for sure take a bit and smear it on a white piece of paper - gross I know - but can help you know the color for sure 🙂
